InterCity Visit to Chattanooga, TN April 22-23, 2015
The purpose of the Intercity Visit is to engage in collective community visioning through best practices and lessons learned from other successful communities. In 2013, approximately 100 Greensboro business and civic leaders traveled to Birmingham, Alabama for a 1½ day visit. The results of the visit, and other intercity visits since then, have helped inform the work on key initiatives that Greensboro has embarked upon such as co//ab and the expansion of our entrepreneurial ecosystem and programs, the Greensboro Liberty megasite, the Steven Tanger Center for the Performing Arts, and workforce development programs like Aviation Triad.
